Calibration Process
Livingston’s calibration process has been designed to make your life as simple as possible and to save you money. We will take away the hassle of all of the admin issues such as database searches, managing several suppliers, arranging logistics and filling out time consuming paperwork allowing you to concentrate on your own key business issues. We will supply you with a full calibration cost analysis and our policy is that you only pay for work actually carried out on your equipment. In addition to this we can also supply the following additional services
- Rental unit replacement cover to minimise and eliminate downtime
- Used equipment sales pool for replacement of faulty/failed units
- Periodicity management
- Repair and planned preventative maintenance
- Software upgrades
- Livingston manage warranties on your behalf
